The RV park & campground is set to open June 10th, 2025.
Keweenaw Waters Resort spans 25 acres along 1300 feet of the scenic Keweenaw Waterway, fed by the pristine waters of Lake Superior. Make the trip north & stay at KWR--just 1.5 miles from downtown, Houghton.
Our 89 sites, available for RVs & tents, feature 50-amp electricity, full sewer & water hookups, a picnic table and a fire ring. We offer both pull-through and back-in sites, ranging from 40 to 106 feet, accommodating even the largest rigs.

Quiet Time: 10p.m. - 8a.m.
Speed Limit: 5 MPH
THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY!!!
Cancellation/Guarantee - At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged to the card on file. The reservation may be cancelled, receiving a full refund, any time before 21 days prior to arrival. If cancelled, there is a $25 processing fee assessed. Once the 21- day cutoff has been reached. No refund will be issued if cancelled. If a reservation is made within 21 days of the arrival date, there is no refund for cancellation. There is no refund for leaving early. If you do not arrive within 24 hours of check-in, your reservation may be forfeit at management's discretion.
Max Occupancy/Parking - Pull-through sites have a max occupancy of 8 people + 2 vehicles. Back-in sites have a max occupancy of 6 people + 2 vehicles. Only one dwelling is allowed per site. DO NOT park on the grass or empty sites. DO NOT park trailers in overflow parking spaces.
Pet Policy - A limit of 2 dogs allowed for all campsites. Please keep your dog(s) on a leash at all times and contained in your dwelling at night. DO NOT tie pets to trees or use in-ground stakes. You may use the picnic table to anchor. If your pets are aggressive or out of control, we will ask you to remove them from the resort. Pet waste must be cleaned up immediately – stations are located around the park. If your pet is a barker, leave them at home. Pets are not allowed on the sandy shorelines.
Conduct - Property and buildings are monitored by video surveillance. Please be considerate of others and refrain from foul language. DO NOT walk through other people’s sites. DO NOT put stakes in the ground for any reason. Always keep radio volume low and observe evening quiet hours of 10pm-8am. Be sure to turn off exterior lighting when you retire for the night. There is no running, diving or flipping on or off the dock. No drunken or disorderly conduct will be allowed.
Waste Management - Discharging of gray water on grounds is prohibited by state law. Be sure to utilize our full hookups (with watertight fittings). Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage in the dumpsters located near the entrance.
Firewood - Fires are permitted in designated fire rings only. Outside firewood is prohibited, as invasive insects are a constant threat to Michigan's forests. Firewood bundles are available for purchase at the camp store. DO NOT stack firewood on the grass and DO NOT cut down trees or bushes.
Activity Waiver - In order to use the playground, splash pad, jumping pillow, pump track, and equipment rentals, you must sign a waiver of liability that can be found at the camp store. These amenities are not available to the public.
Boat Policy - The 30' 4-finger dock spots must be reserved for your boat to be able to park them there. Two of them have 50 amp electric. Call us at 906-231-9193 to reserve your spots. The Aspen dock has a 2-hour parking limit and overnight parking will not be allowed.

Visitors - Registered guests are allowed visitors. Visitors are subject to the same rules as the guests. All visitors must leave by 10:00 PM. NO OVERNIGHT VISITORS ALLOWED.
