Milling Lumber

Each cabin will be sustainably constructed with locally sourced white and red pine, hemlock, and cedar. The lumber will also be milled locally with our own mill.

We purchased a mill from British Columbia, Canada, and on March 31, 2022, it finally arrived! We will be making our own lumber to construct the cabins. Something you don't hear every day. We will also be making our own furniture for the cabins, welcome center, laundry room, boardwalk, gazebos, and more!

The mill is now assembled in our workshop and underway in milling logs into useable lumber. Keep on checking to see the creations we will be making.
